Driller Operator

Job Description
The Driller Operator would work on a variety of construction-based projects throughout California.Employees are required to drive company provided trucks to various job sites and operate various large equipment including drilling apparatus, generators, air compressors, pumps, and pressure washers. We are willing to train highly motivated and safety conscious individuals who can operate with high proficiency.
Job Requirements
 Valid Commercial Class A license required with clean DMV record in the state of California.
 Ability to operate truck mounted CME 75 auger rig with ability to use a for drilling hollow stem auger for geotechnical and environmental investigations.
 Ability to operate direct push Geoprobe rig.
 Obtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT Medical Card and meeting all Federal Interstate FMCSA requirements to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
 Passing a HAZWOPER physical.
 Create and maintain daily drilling reports.
 Ensure equipment is in safe working condition and conduct routine and preventative
maintenance, as needed.
 Must be willing to work outdoors and in all-weather conditions.
 Must be mechanically inclined with experience operating/troubleshooting tools and large
equipment.
 Must be able to work independently on a job site and assist others as needed.
 Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and load/unload material to sites.
 Must have full-time availability.
 Must pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
 Solid written and verbal communication skills – extremely detailed orientated position.
 College degree with science or environmental majors preferred.
 Verifying your legal right to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and
Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).

 Competitive Wages between $30-$40 (depending on experience)
